This guide was created to help you improve your relationships with the communities your run through, creating an insurance policy for when things get tense. REENGAGE is practical and focused on problems that often lead to tension - like blocked crossings, noise, or bad pavement - where local leaders expect the railroad to pay for a fix or change operations, and frustration grows when that doesn’t happen.
