Be Audacious : America's infrastructure challenges are pernicious and intractable. We're often dealing with indirect consequences of choices made during the lives of our nation's founders.
Our mission is not for the faint of heart. Our funders are industry leaders and visionaries who see the potential locked behind the problem and are coming together with communities to build the key. It's true that such an effort has never succeeded, but it's also true that no one has ever been audacious enough to try.
Be In the Room Where it Happens: Funders have already received invitations to meet face-to-face with dozens of senior transportation decision-makers with unmet needs, with more in the works.
Additionally, our DC-area office and our relationships with planning organizations across the country let us see or spark industry opportunities as the communities themselves work to understand them. Our funders are among the first to know.

We create guides for railtowns and for rail industry leaders. Our resources are practical and focused on preventing and resolving problems that often lead to tension - like blocked crossings, noise, or bad pavement. Our resources for railtowns help elected officials correctly frame the challenges and understand their role in getting to positive resolution so that they can reap the benefits of safe rail access. Our resources for railroad leaders help them position as community partners and improve their relationships with communities to the end of fewer complaints and litigation around issues that aren't within rail responsibility to solve.
